Afternoon transfer to The Ark for bird and game watching during the rest of your stay. Dinner & overnight at The Ark, L,D.   Day 2: Aberdares - Sweetwaters Distance: 90 km (1 hr. 30 min). Breakfast and departure north through the Equator to this private game sanctuary. Afternoon is free for optional activities as game viewing, walking safaris or night game drives. Lunch, dinner & overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp, B, L,D.   Day 3: Sweetwaters - Mount Kenya Safari Club Distance: 50 km. (1 hr.). After breakfast short drive to Mount Kenya Safari Club. Day at leisure. Lunch, dinner & overnight at the Club, B, L,D.   Day 4: Mount Kenya Safari Club - Masai Mara Distance: 145 miles (1 hr.). Breakfast and transfer to Nanyuki airstrip for spectacular flight over the Rift Valley to the magnificent Masai Mara Reserve. Lunch. Afternoon game viewing drive in this well-known game reserve situated in the North of the Serengeti Plains and famous for its abundance of wildlife. Dinner & overnight at Mara Safari Club, B, L,D.   Day 5: Masai Mara Morning and afternoon game drive. Sunrise and sundown are the greatest moments for game viewing in these mystic plains, a time where the soft red hues of the sun will give your photographs the clarity of the actual African savannah. Full board at Mara Safari Club, B, L,D.   Day 6: Masai Mara - Nairobi Distance: 125 miles (50 min.). Breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for flight back to Nairobi. Arrival at noon and transfer to your Nairobi hotel, B   Details: Only a small overnight bag is permitted, storage facilities are available at the "base hotel". Children below 7 are not admitted. Tie & jacket for gentlemen and evening gown for ladies are required after sundown at Mount Kenya Safari Club from 18.30 hrs, children under 12 are not permitted in public areas at Mount Kenya Safari Club.
